As a current Time Warner cable, internet and IP phone customer they solicited me to add the home security feature to my account never telling me that the alarm system currently wired into my house could only be accessed by way of a dial-up connection. By signing on with the home security package I effectively shut off my home alarm system.

Comcast has purchased the Time Warner coverage area I had lived in and is pressing to collect money they claim is owed to them due to my stopping their Home Security Product. To make matters worse Comcast is accessing me a early termination fee for stopping the service prior to the terms expiration even though I've been transferred from Houston, TX to Yonkers, NY by my employer and sold the home. In fact I begged the cable company to transfer all services I was signed up for to the buyer of my home at the buyer request and they could not accomodate me!
