COMCAST INFINITY THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Sausalito Nationwide
I have never received such horrific service as with Comcast. They are very quick to respond to new customer purchases, but after purchase support is horrifying. Moved our services 3 miles away in the same community, and added to additonal cable boxes. Also intended to add infinity home security. After speaking with MEXICO, JAMAICA, AND THE PHILLIPINES with signficant language barriers, lied to, cut off, and never had returned calls...they were unable to activate 2 of the 4 boxes, in fact they activated one and deactivated the other. It took the better part of 20 days to get the service working and we cancelled the home security going with ADT who actually had local support. If COMCAST wants to do business in the US, then support it in the US. You are bounced from operator to operator asked to re-submit all of your personal details and the list goes on.
This business should NOT be in business. In the end, they charged for services we never received and increased our agreed to price. Thank god I am no longer in a contract as this service will be gone soon.....
I cannot compel the public enough to ask where their service provider will be supporting you from, and ASK the call recipient where they are located!! My callers lied on numerous occasions and COULD NOT get me in touch from anyone in the US. Going to the local store is even more frustrating as the line ups are enormous and the staff move at an evolutionary pace.
Lastly, there prices are not competitive...they provide 12 months discounts to luer you in, but sign you up for 2 years so you monthly fees go up signficantly the following year.
Do not be complacement about your services, if you don't voice your concern as a consumer, the abuse will continue.
