Comcast Lied about Technician coming, Rescheduled for another appt same day, still no-Show for Tech Irvington New Jersey

Three days ago I wanted a second number added to my phone service for fax purposes, which cost me $10 a month with no features option. I chatted via live on comast.net and they gave me a number and an appointment. They said wait 24 to 48 hours. Ok fine. Still no dial tone for that number, so i scheduled a appt for next day for 9 to 11am time frame. No one came. I chatted again, they said oh the tech called at 10am(Lied) and he was looking for a light blue house. So of course i was pissed off and i said so on my account it says light blue house, Irvington, nJ ? He couldn't see my full address along with my name of course on the work order he had? Or was he too lazy to get out the van?

They called a number that was not active on the account and I told them I did not want that number anymore much earlier, they said oh that's the number i gave them for the appt. Are you serious? Why would I give you a non working number? I am so pissed off right now that this made me cry. Verizon gave me problems, now comcast. There is no good choices out here anymore. now it's 5:22pm still no tech. what's the excuse now? Oh i had told them light blue house with stipes on the side? I hate the utilities companies!!!!!!!!
