Complaint Review: Comcast

Comcast No good a** Comcast Been paying EVERY month since 2004 now it's 2014 service is NO good Washington DC

I have been with comcast since April 2004 and still with them as of March 05, 2014 because I have a son who just turned 12 on January 15, 2014. However, I like my TV shows also. All the channel I like to watch freeze, black out and a blue code pops up. This has been happening since I've been with comcast. If I am not mistaken about the year I believe in 2006 I canceled comcast for a few months because I was so pissed off with their service and their tech running in and out my home and accompliching NOTHING.

However throughout year I have called and reported to comcast about my service techs running in and out NOTHING accomplished. I got so d**n tied of their techs running in and out complainting about who ran these wires and having attitudes. I have complaint so much and called their phone line to trouble shoot my problems and as up today March 05, 2014 I am so d**n pissed. However they will TAKE your money each month, but don't pay your bill and you will find yourself without service I know. How do the goverment allow this to happen when they control everything?

We have to have some source of cable to even watch the local TV period. I have not tried the dish because so many people I know have so much trouble with the dish when the wind blow, it rains or to d**n hot so where do I turn to STOP giving my hard working money away to a company who is RICH and don't give a d**n???

Just last week I was told by comcast on Feb. 28, 2014 that someone would be out on March 1, 2014 to go up the pole to see if I had a good singal and I did not have to be home which I was home and NO never did show up, but don't pay them and see what happens.

How is this possible for such a big company? All these years giving money away...

As a comcast employee who covers the DC area, go with Dish or Direct TV it is impossible for us to gain access to the underground utilities so they just give up and say screw it. Go with another provider im telling you....comcast employee 10 years now
