Comcast not providing equipment they promised and require to keep getting srvice Reading, Pennsylvania
In late February Comcast sent information about the need to get new equipment to keep watching the same channels. On March 5 I called 877 634-4434 and placed an order using their automated system. At the end of the process the voice said the equipment would arrive in 3 to 5 days. It did not. So I called again on March 15 and was told it had not yet left their warehouse because UPS was running behind due to snow. Ashley said she could not tell when it would be shipped or when it would arrive. Concerned that we would not get it before channels start disappearing on March 30 I tried to get more information. So I tried to call the local Comcast office on March 22 but again reached someone in
Needless to say we are now looking into alternatives such as (((competitors' names redacted)))
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
