Comcast ripoff No service for two months, horrible installation, faulty eq &more! McHenry Illinois

When I moved into my new apartment, I called for cable because the complex here charged $300. for DISH to be installed. The guy shows up, only installs half of the job, did an incredibly sloppy job (wires not fastened down &c) and leaves without leaving ANY information on how it works, how to set it up or get my remote code in and did NOT even hook the TV's or computer up. Then when I complained all I got was a book. Then I found that the box was defective.

I called many times and they would try this and that, but the problem remained. I had to disconnect the box and wire up directly to the TV. They said they would have to come to bring a new box. Well, that would be TWO weeks! Then they call BEFORE they are even at the door and because I did not answer the phone, they skipped me. Another call another TWO weeks and the SAME thing. Then made a third call and this time they came but once again DID NOT install the box or even wire it up. They just left it for me to do. Now, you guessed it, the BILL still came for the full amount of all the services I could not get. How's that folks!?!? You get NO service and you get to install it yourself and still PAY for it!!!!
