Complaint Review: Comcast

Comcast Techs took all equiptment away with them then charged me for the qquiptment they took away with them, over $100.00. Internet

  Comcast reps told me over a year ago they did have wireless internet available and I could save if I bundles together with them my phone, internet and satellite services, so I did.  It was a mess!  My phones did not work properly after they hooked them up and they after being out at my home several times admitted to me they could not work on phone lines.  Also, they did not have wireless internet services at that time, so I finally cancelled this service.  Their techs came back to my home, picked up ALL of their equipment for the phones and internet then left with it ALL of their equipment.  I had at&t scheduled to come by the same day to hook my phones and internet services up with at&t.  About a year later, Comcast places a $102.00 balance on my account for equipment their techs took from my home because they can not find the equipment, or so they say.  Sounds like just another way for Comcast to RIP PEOPLE OFF IF YOU ASK ME!
