Folks need to know about ComCast Xfinity before they either opt to join or switch to this questionable TV and Internet service. This story is only one of millions told by dissatisfied Comcast customers (former and current). Here's one more;

Comcast (Olympia) quoted us cost of $225.00 a month for internet & TV.

Comcast installed all that was ordered. Nothing worked as promised.

Comcast’s tech replaced the equipment that was causing the problems.

Then the trouble with billing began. Our first bill was $225.00 as agreed. Next month they billed us $1134.00.

We had not ordered any upgrades to the minimal package that we had agreed. Comcast could not, or would not, explain the huge difference. The agent answer "we will get back to you". Comcast now sends us bills ranging for $800.00 a month to $600.00 a month. Each month we call to resolve and each call ended with this "we will get back to you". Comcast has now ratcheted up their "scam" by having a collection agency call us making the usual collection threats. To date no one at Comcast can, or will, explain why a $225.00 (+or-) a month agreement went to $1134.00 a month (+or-) when no additional service was ordered or wanted. Plus each month now we are sent a bill each with a different amount that range from $1100 a month to $600.00. The FCC agent I spoke with says mine is only one of the millions they receive about Comcast. Its mystery why they never seem to resolve.
