Comcast cable derive have not worked properly for well over 6 months and went out completely 4 months ago. Every month I continue to pay ( customer care refuses to speak with you until you pay) although the service had not worked. They refuse to help me unless I Thorpe more money into their pockets. its a hassle to take care of this problem. The tech that came I my house sai the cable box was not activated. This is a joke.
