Don't purchase television series or movies unless you plan on watching them right away. Even though they say that you can keep the programs on all of your devices if you buy them, after a few months they disappear.

Comcast then runs you around on the phone for a couple of hours until you are so frustrated you want to break your phone and you just hang up in frustration. They call this customer service.

Purchasing a program so that you can watch it later on is just throwing your money away and they already are taking enough of our money to watch television. Cable was supposed to be a paid for service so we wouldn't have to watch commercials. Well we can see where that ended up. Now they call that premium service and charge even more for it.

Then they charge us to watch the free channels through their cable box.

Now they say you can purchase movies and programs to watch when, and where, you want. They are liars.

I purchased season one of Penny Dreadful. I watched two episodes. Tonight I went to watch episode three. It was nowhere to be found on any of my devices.

I called customer service and the first woman just played stupid the whole time. The second woman just kept leaving me sitting there for five or ten minutes at a time. When I asked if she was still there, she would tell me she was going through my records. Between the two of them I wasted almost two hours trying to find out why I couldn't watch a one hour program that I had paid for.

I am going shopping for new services. I paid for this month already so I will spend it looking for new providers. Comcast sucks.
