Complaint Review: Comcast

Comcast Xfinity Hacking into services illegally, have had continuous problems since getting service, and w/previous services. Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I currently have paid services with Comcast. I opened this account on September 7, 2016. Initially, upon opening account, I was told my services would start I believe it was the 4th of Sept.

When the contractor did not show up I called the company and was told they did not take an order from me, which was a lie. At that time, I ordered the service again.

Since having the services I have discovered that  persons (criminals) in my apartment who live above, below and on both sides of my apartment are using my services. I know this to be true because of situations occurring with my services.

First and foremost, they interfere with my tv programming, meaning they will switch the channel I'm watching. Also, my tv turns off at anytime while I have it on.  

There have been many instances where an Xfinity truck will be parked in my apartments parking lot, and undoubtedly that worker is working with these criminals because whenever it's there my services go down soon thereafter.

A good example of this is last evening, I have cable, internet and phones services, all of which are supposed to be on the same line.  However, I noticed yesterday that my tv's in different rooms were not in sync with each other, meaning one was on another line elsewhere.

 Later, after tv's were in sync, my phones stopped working, and what's so strange about this is both my tv and internet services were on. In speaking with a comcast agent and attempting to get phones in service, the agent informed me to take the wire from the phone and plug it into the modem. I actually had a wire from the wall going into my modem and a second going into my phone.  She informed me that the wire going into modem from wall was not necessary and to place wire from phone in modem. 

Well, that did not work either. My phones blink and displays the date and time and "Line in Use," but there is no dial tone. The agent stated herself that this situation is strange.  I have had many complaints regarding this service, to no avail, I get instant satisfaction and then the problems return.

Additionally, I had Comcast services in a previous location where I lived and problems there were extenuous also. So much so, that I contacted the State's Consumer Protection Department, which forwarded my complaint to the person who oversees Montgomery County's cable services, afterwhich most of my problems ceased.

I have a serious problem with this because of the criminality involved, not only persons in this apartment but also persons who work for Comcast taking illegal actions in order for my services to be tapped into. 

After looking at all the complaints under Comcast's Corporate Office site, I found this company to be atrocious in their ethical behavior, not only that but when I talk to people, I hear a lot of complaints.

I have contacted Comcast numerous times with complaints, in most cases, they are able to fix the problems, which are caused by these, basically, persons whom I call terrorists , which is never ending. My intentions are to file suit, but I would like to get if possible a class action suit, in order for these devious actions to stop.

Please contact your local news media.  They will be sure to get you in contact with the appropriate licenced professionals in your area who will make all of these bad guys go away.
