I!!HATE!! Comcast and the absolute HORRIBLE! Customer
service I have been having!! I am telling every single person I know to NEVER
go with Comcast and I am CANCELING our service immediately and switching to Verizon
fios! I have been given nothing but hassle and a complete and total run-around
with customer service...when all I am trying to do is UPGRADE my service to a

better triple play package! and this is after I was LIED to about the package I
THOUGHT I was getting...only to turn around and fight with Comcast for a week
before they finally got it working...and then to find out I was lied to about TV
channels I was told I was supposed to have. Literally, since day 1! I have
nothing but horrible service. I cannot believe how rude the reps are, and how Comcast
obviously DOESNT care if its customers are happy. I have spent multiple hours
on the phone with customer service multiple days!!! I am tired of this fight! I
give up! I will never purchase a single Comcast service again!! And I will be
posting this on every webpage I can possibly find that is related to Comcast!!
