Comcast Xfinity hours on the phone, ridiculous bills, and still no TV! Nationwide
Called comcast, as only HD channels were coming through, spent three hours on the phone to have them tell me I need to get a new box. And oh, while we've got you on the phone, your router is not going to be supported any longer, so you need a new one, but wait, you have to pay to switch it out. Ridiculous!
