 Added dvr service and was told to return my "free" HD box. Returned upon receipt of DVR box. Cancelled dvr service after 3 months (inconsistent availability). Found still being charged for HD box. Charge promised to be removed and replacement box sent with return label for dvr box. Recieved the HD box, still getting charged for the old one. Called in again. HD box charge removed bu dvr fee and equipment rental not. Called to cancel all service. Got sent through voice mail tree that ended with this department is not open (at 2 pm Pacific). Had 3 online chats where each person assured me it was resolved. Not resolved - figured it out by seeing the bill. Bill doesn't updated online. You have to wait a month to see oif they actaully took the charges off. They didn't. Sent 6 emails with no response. Called twice. Have the latest assurance the dvr billing will be removed. Offered 3 months "free" premium channel to compesate for inconvenice. I said I hardly watch tv - how is this customer satisfaction? Asked for $$ credit. Couldn't do that. Can't be sure how this is impacting my credit because I'm not paying the dvr charges and they keep getting adding, with fees, to the bill. No real way to even ensure what they do deduct is correct.
