I just want to explain my experience with comcast so as to help people make future choices bout internet providers. We requested services on a thursday. Shceduled fr installation on sunday. Services were installed. We were told after the technichian installed the services that he would put in a maintenance order for monday. Called monday, nothing scheduled. No notes about what eeded to be done. Rescheduled for wednesday. Wednesday we dont hear from comcast. Called customer service nothing scheduled we will reschedule for friday. Friday no news from comcast,  called customer service again. Reschedule for friday, friday comes no comcast call customer service escalate to supervisor, supervisor was so rude as id we had no reason to be upset. Husband gets supervsor to reschedule for saturday. Today at 5:30 i called customer service to find out why noone had called or showed up and was told there was an all day work  order in and they had until 8 pm.7:15 no call no show call customer service again and the automated system has an appointment for 3 days from now. So   e escalate once again to supervisor. She was extremely helpful but with no promise of a reolution. If we are not up  and running but tomorrow close of business.services will be cancelled.

I recommend to save yourself the headache to please find a different internet service provider if you jave another option. This is the most horrific experience i have ever had. Definetly do not at any point recommnd comcast internet services.
