Comcast Xfinity Incorrect Billing practices, beating around the bush instead of fixing it Pompano Beach Florida

I have had service with Comcast since Oct 2011. In May 2015 I called to transfer service to my new address since I was moving. When I received my first bill I found that they had charged me a $100 deposit. After calling them I found that they had set me up as a new account instead of just transferring my service to my new address as requested. After repeatedly contacting them to have it removed I cancelled my service. Now they are trying to charge me $100 termination fee also.

I don't have a problem paying for the service I used but I won't pay these additional fees.
