Comcast cable tv service in Indiana sucks! We were told by comcast that if you dont purchase their converter boxes by Mar 22 you would not get any channels on a tv that wasnt digital.

We purchased three of these boxes, they were mailed to us. We hooked them up, and then had to call Comcast to "activate" them. This took appoximately two and one half hours. After everything was up and running we were told to NEVER turn off the boxes.

We asked what happens if we have a power outage. Well, you have to call comcast again to reactivate. WHAT A CROCK!

The tv's with the boxes worked for ONE day! When they were turned off overnight the next day NONE of them worked, NO CHANNELS! We turned off the TV'S, NOT THE BOXES!

This company has the worst service on the face of the earth! Scheduled a service person to come and fix these stupid boxes,  a week and a half we had to wait. They did not show up because they said they could not reach us by phone, even though they had an alternate number! STUPID! They always ask for an alternate number, why don't they use it? STUPID!

After four years of paying out the arse for their "service", I am done!

Comcast is a rip-off company with poor service, high prices and crappy equipment!

Oh and their prices for "service" are all going up in April!

BYE BYE COMCAST!
