I was a business class customer of comcast since 2007.  In November I deployed to New York City to help with the Hurricane Sandy damages.  I asked them to suspend my service while I was gone.  They said I had to cancel or keep paying so I cancelled it. 

Then for the next 5 months they continued to bill my credit card despited having esigned their cancellation documents 3 times and 6-10 phone calls.  They finally issued a partial refund 6 months later and refused to fully reimburse the charges they created.

While this was going on I started residential service upon my return to MN.  As the business side kept escelating I told them I would not make a payment on the residiential side until they fixed and returned my money from the business account.

Now they still refuse to repay the full charges and are attempting to bill me for 2 months of internet on the residiential side despite having shut off the internet.

They have the worst customer service I've ever encountered.  The arrogance they display is incredible.  This is why there needs to be more real competition to break up these kind of near monopolies.
