Comcast Xfinity They promised a service and did not deliver and still charge for NO SERVICE

COmcast promised us a service we have been going on for over a year trying to get service and they have constantly been trying to charge us then disconnecting for failed servies and then charging again over and over, we have filed numerious complaints and are willing to take legal action, we are getting no responses from them and their so called charges.  There marketing says a whole different thing as to what they are charging which could be deemed as false advertising and fraud.
