My wife and I moved and were supposed to get a 99 dollar special, but prior to that we had a bill where the company double charged our credit card purposely, then after we reported this to the service department we were told that they were going to put the money back on the card, but the company didn't. They decided on their own reconnisance that they were going to apply the overpayment which was their fault to our account. Then we talked to the servicew rep again and again they said they were going to refund us our money but did not do that. We then noticed that our bill which was supposed to be 99 dollars, plus installation fees was charged double again. Everytime we try to talk to a manager the company refuses to address the situation. The service reps claim they can't fixed the problem, but they can overcharge our account, and continue to not allow us to speak to management. This is poor customer service and we will terminate our services immediately.
