This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company did not cancel my services when asked, stored my payment information, and then charged me for 2 months of internet service after admitting that my internet should have been cancelled. They then refused to refund me until the modem and other equipment was shipped back even though these internet charges had nothing to do with equipment.

I shipped back the modem and was told I would receive my refund of $142.33 within 7-10 days. I called back for the 4th time to resolve this issue 12/23 and was told I would not be refunded for 6 weeks. My money was wrongfully taken for a company that has not serviced me in months and now they are refusing to refund me.
