Comcast doesn’t respect their word or their customers they just trying to collect money anyway
I had the 3 years agreement and I understand if you have agreement contract that means that no change in what you get or what you pay for the whole time of the agreement so they have to keep the channels i have till the end of the agreement.

But no they took out channels without telling while they keep charging me the same money

After a whole hour on the phone with a customer service agent there is no change just deal with it I’m not happy with what happened cause when i did chose this agreement contract i did it to be in peace from keep changing the monthly payment and the channels but nothing happened they keep taking the same money but I’m loosing channels

The world would be a much better place if you people actually read the contracts you signed BEFORE you signed them.  I guarantee your contract does not require Comcast to maintain the same channel lineup, because among other things having such a clause in there would make it impossible for them to ever drop a channel (most of their customers are under contract at any given time).

Incorrect.  All a "contract" does is lock you into their service for a period of time.  Most contracts are for
2 years so for them to talk you into a 3 year contract I hope you got a stellar deal. It only guarantees rate..not channels.  So during your contract period they retain the right to change the lineup whether that means to add or remove channels.

You will also find that the actual amount you pay every month can change, because the guarantee does not generally include fees or taxes. So if access fees increase during this time, you will be charged a higher rate. Oh and yes this is something you agreed to when you agreed to the 3 year contract.

Mr, The Dog. 1st I would like to inform you that I’m too happy for you passing your 2nd Grade , Bit it seems like you got stuck at 8th grade (Congratulations!!!) As you missed the whole point of the consumer report.I understood that there’s a breach of contract , believe me I know that you don’t know what this is and instead you only judged how good is he/ she in English. Disregarding the fact that if you tried to use your brain you will find it very easy to understand the complaint (believe me if you went that far , you have a brain ,please use it’s free!!!) Just to let you know: The complaining person might speak 7 other languages and English is not the 1st one and might be the 7th! Also he/she might did not have the privilege of education that you had till your 8th grade

How about you trying this: Find a second grader and have them write for you. They will use the punctuation, capitalization, grammar and sentence structure you failed to learn in the second grade, if you went that far! Amazing! Here we are in 2019 and here we have a presumed adult "writing" with long, run-on sentences and all the rest. Just another example of the dumbing down of America.
