I rented a 4 bedroom family beach house on Ocean Beach through Hotel.com's 3rd party affiliate, come2SD.com. I rented the home from August 4th through August 9th and was charged $3,452.10 for the rental home.
Upon getting to the property, my friends and I discovered nothing short of a filthy home. There were dirty dishes all over the house, dirty dishes in the sink, dirty bathrooms, soiled sheets on the bed, etc. I contacted the property manager (Adrien Julienne =>adrien@come2sd.com =>16197012929) about the dirty home. He eventually found a maid service that came to clean the house later on that evening. Needless to say, this created a major inconvenience for my friends and I. We were not about to shower, change clothes and explore the San Diego nightlife because the cleaning ladies were cleaning the home that should've been cleaned BEFORE our arrival.
Due to our inconvenience, Adrien told me that he would refund 1 full day of my 6 day stay. I didn't receive the refund while I was in San Diego. I've been home (out of state) for 4 months now and I still have NOT received my refund. I have called and email Adrien Julienne weekly and he has refused to contact me back. This is a horrible way to conduct business and not to mention extremely unprofessional. At this point, I think that I should receive a full refund. This is ridiculous!
