Comenity bank One stop plus Account sent to collections agency when payment plan was set up

 I entered into a payment plan with come it's bank starting April 28 th so in their words due to the first payment not being paid they sent my account to a collections agency a receivables performance management where they have been calling me from different numbers numerous times a day. Their number is 866 668 6640. They told me that comenity bank is now not taking money from my account starting April 28 th. Which a mr Simmons from comenity bank says they are. His exact words were technically the first payment was not made so the account was sent over but you can disregard their calls. Credit card sharks to the max.

 This is your account and it was YOU who failed to make the very first payment!!! It was YOU who turned on the collections machine. If you want to turn off the collections machine, then you make your payments on time and learn financial responsibility! NO RIPOFF HERE--Complainer defaulted on credit card account and now objects to their collections efforts!
