on Nov.11th 2009 I was cheated out of 600.00 at an ATM machine. The next day i contacted Direct Express and was told that they would send a form for me to fill out. After about 10 days I called them back to inform them that I had not gotten after forms. Again I was told they would be sent out.


Dec.2nd I checked my balance and $600.00 was put in my account. By Dec.9th they had taken the money back. I called Direct Express and got a rude service rep that told me the case was investigatd. I asked how, when i had not received any forms?


Dec.16th I received the forms from  the Dispute Resolution Dept. to fill out and I mailed them back Dec.17th.


Dec.24th I received a letter dated Dec.10th informing me that they were taking the $600.00 back because no error had occurred.


Jan.11th 2010 I received a letter stating that my claim had been completed and based on the results of the investigation they posted a credit of $600.00 in my account. I checked and it was not posted.I reluctantly called direct express to try to explain the problem.To make a long story short they had to mail me out some more forms.


Jan.20th I received some forms that did not apply to my case.I wrote them aletter telling them of discrpancies in the case. As of today Mar.3rd 2010 I have not heard from them. What happened to customer service or customer satisfaction? There are so many unemployed people in this world that would love to have their jobs!
