Charmaine Stone is the General Manager of the hotel. She was sent paper work regarding information about a passed worker. The paper contained only three questions. When asked why the information was not sent back, she stated that she was busy cleaning rooms. If she can't answer three simple questions do you think that she can handle your reservations or anything else that may arise within the hotel regarding the workers or the customers. This action on Charmaines part caused me to lose a job and house.

What did I say that would lead you to believe I mentioned slander?

And answering questions takes time...time the manager is not able to waste. Perhaps she was cleaning rooms because Juanita is no longer employed there.

Peter and Robert ease up. Peter, yet it may not be part of the business, if the person worked there why wouldnt the employer answer the questions. Robert there is no slander.

Cleaning rooms, as with all aspects of running a business, will ensure more revenue being generated for the business. Answering even one question that has nothing to do with said business, will do nothing FOR the business.

The manager had no reason to do anything that isn't in the best interest of the business. If you lost everything because of this, sorry. The reality of the situation is this. The former employer is in no way responsible for anything that happens to you after you are no longer their employee.

So you claim that this person caused you to lose your job, lose your house, and make you homeless .... yet you still have a computer with internet connection to post your concocted story on the web? Give me a break! I hope this person reads your complaint and sues you for slander.
