Complaint Review: Comfort Suites 5420 Crossroads Pkwy Texarkana AR 71854

“Uncomfortable Suite, Filth, Mold and rude black front desk people”. I have stayed at Comfort Suites elsewhere and they are nice upscale properties. Not this location. This place is run by section 8 ghetto type workers that services to that same type of guest. The hallway on my floor looked like it was not vacuum for weeks nor my room for that matter with food crumbs and a tooth pic. The shower had afro puubic hairs and the shower curtain was pink from mold. 

I showed the pics to Tira who was rude when she said, you look at me when you talk to me.

I asked to speak to the manager and was told she comes in at 4PM. Never got a call from her. I called and got a voice mail to the wrong person and hung up and called again and left my name and number a second time. No return call. Called the next morning and told she got my message and she will call me if she wants too. Called Choice Hotels and they were just as disrespectful and unprofessional and cannot do anything since it is a franchise.
