Complaint Review: Comfort Suites

This Hotel is a complete joke and should not be allowed to be in business. The owner is from the Middle East with a power trip of dishonesty and deciept. They are crooks and will cuss you out while they rip you off. If it were legal to kick his a*s i would have done it. They will run your credit card for charges that are completely false and then tell you to try and do something about it. They are a franchise of Choice Hotels and the only security Choice Hotels will give you is a "Formal Complaint" due to the fact that this specific hotel is independently owned.

There is a Best Western in the same parking lot that is AMERICAN owned with lower rates, better service and certainly cleaner!!! Stay there!! Do not stay at the Comfot Suites in Burleson Texas!!!
