I ordered a comfy control for my pets, based on what they told me on the telephone that I needed in the size per my animals. They shipped me the product 4 1/2 months later. When it arrived it turned out to be the wrong size for my animals. Upon arrival I called them immediately and explain to them that the product is too small for my animals. They suggested that I return the product for a larger model however they would not take responsibility for the shipping or or the cost of the product therefore to receive the larger model they charged me as if this was a new order. They charged my credit card the same day. I have yet to receive this product as of this date when the order was placed last November, today is March 9, 2012. I have called them numerous times to follow up as to when I can expect this order to be shipped they keep telling me that they're going to ship the following day. This is a complete lie and I'm tired of calling them anymore. So if you want to order anything from this company expect to be screwed and glued and tattooed before you ever see anything from this rotten thieving awful company.

Do not buy from them if you value both your money, and self being. This company is only out to screw you, screw you, screw you!
