You may get furniture not as pictured, or damaged or fake. I received my sofas like that, there was water damage, sofa’s mechanism grease stains on the fabric of each armrest. When I tried to address my reasonable concerns, I was called a complainer.
I received nasty emails basically saying I just have to suck it up and stop complaining. The person running this business, Paul, has no respect to his customers and they get treated with an attitude and mentality of “Soviet Union customer service", which is rude and boorish. The delivery was over an hour late with no phone call. I should have read all the negative reviews first. So please do.
