I too have been a victim of this rip off company....The establishment I used to obtain service thru EZ TEL required a months payment in advance.After discontinuing service with the company my month in advance was kept although I had paid my bill up to date including the final months payment.

This phone company WILL shut off your service over just pennies owed on the months bill although they do have one month in advance.It takes forever to get your service (not the 3 to 5 days boasted).

Lord help you if you should ever have to call customer service I waited one time 1 hour and 45 minutes on hold. The automated bill center is frequently down and I have had the experience of making payment arrangements only to have my phone shut off anyway(I also had to pay the $20 reconnect fee on this occasion even after I made the arrangements and the shut off wasnt my error)My advice to anyone needing phone service-try hard not to use this company you WILL regret it.
