We here is another story about the rip off artist known as Comm South. I went in and paid about $55 to have my service connected, I wanited the amount of days that the company told me to and called for my phone number which they did not have, then to make matters worst i had to call customer service and was put on hold for about 35 minutes to be told to hold on again finally i get a number and was told my service would be connected on the 25th of February the day came and no service I called and informed them that I had no service they said the would send a technician out to check the problem low and behold no tech showed up I was then told to wait until the next day and a tech would show up mind you that is now 2 days home from work and still no tech when i called again i was told to call back in 8 hours, which i did thats when i was told there was nothing they could do and i couldnt have my money back at this point i was highly upset and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told if you want to wait 40 minutes to 1 hr that is fine by her. Then i was placed on hold for about an hour and a half and still no supervisor what a joke i called again this morning and in no terms told them i am going to do what i have to to get my money back .
