Comm South is a rip off. As described earlier, all of these things happened to me. I made a call to find out why my phone was disconnected after I made a payment 3 days prior to cut off.

When I called in they said that I owed a further balance and that upon payment my phone would be turned on. After payment 36 hours later, the phone was not turned on. I called back a second time and they said that the day after I called in the first time my account was placed in collections as opposed to suspension.

This ment that I would have to apply as if I were a new customer. They pointed to a computer system limitation that will not allow a service rep to see that information.

I have called several times to speak with a manager or supervisior and they are always too busy to handle me. I need a phone and they have me over a barrell.

I wish someone would file a class action suit and add my name.
