Comm South Past Due Notices are a rip off
I first got connected with comm south on October 5, 2001. They stated it would take up two weeks before I would have any service. I did not have service until the first week in November and had a bill that same week.
I demanded for my money back prior to that and they state they show the phone is hooked up and on, but they still sent a tech out to find the problem and the tech stated that the phone had no connection because of the previous service. So I had to pay for service that I never used.
Now, every month they send me a past due bill. I have never received a regular bill since the first one in November. I just want to know what should I do ?
