Complaint Review: Comm South Company

they told my that my bill each month would be the same rate ever month

well i got my first bill it was $134.68 so i called them and the lady that i spoke w/ said that they computers screwed up and i got doubled charged them the next month my bill was $13.60

then the next month my bill was $76.87 so i called them 12-27-01 andthe lady i talked to said that my bill is $131.54

i told her that it was not because i haven't rec'd a bill for the month of dec. i sent in a mo 2.5n wekks ago for $100.00 so as far as am concerned i have over payed my bi

she supervisor told me the bill is due 12-18-01 i told her that is tomorrow she said yep.

i am so pissed i asked her to let me speak to a manager that is higher up than her and told me no!!! this is the honest to good truth my conversation w/ her was about 45 min. plus when you call the 800 # you are on hold for at-least 1 hour before n-e-body even answered the call!!! please be very careful w/ this company!! they are real ASSHOLES!!! godd luck pattie j.
