I have numerous stories about Comm South. One of my biggest complaints is there crummy customer service. It takes sometimes over an hour to even speak to anyone.

In the Month of December I paid all of my bill except for 12 dollars. I didn't think 12 dollars was a big deal. Well, they shut off my service anyways.

I paid my 12 dollars and was told it would take 3 days. I waited 2 weeks before my phone got turned on. I am now able to get a phone with the local company so I have cancelled my service with Comm South.

Funny thing is, they have yet to shut off my service for the new company to take over. I am sure they think they are slick and are going to bill me for this time. I hope they don't think I am about to pay them another red cent.
