i have had comm south for thee years and have never been dissconnected until dec17th they told me i needed the # of my payment. I gave it to them they said they fixed the error and my phone would be turned back on at no additanal charge to me. then on jan 8th my phone was dissconected again because of a dissconnect fee that i was informed i would not have to pay because it was their error.

I called again and all they said was you will have to pay your jan bill first. i called back and asked for the billing number i was informed that i could not have it and amazingly enough my phone was turned back on and ther is still a 40.00 charge that i am not paying because i was not at error. but yet no apolagie from noone and no credit for the time that i had no phone because of someone elses error.i am seriosly thinking of switching carriers because im not going day to day wondering if someone screwed up again and my phone is turned off again.
