Comm South RIPPED OFF WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & CONSTANT LYING

I terminated service with Comm South because of poor customer service and constant lying to me by the employees - lack of English speaking employees, wait time, etc. They owe me a refund of $35. I've been waiting since October for this refund. What can I do
