Comm South service is horrible
Those of you who have the misfortune to have service with comm south know what I'm talking about. When you are able to get thru to them, and I have waited up to 2 hours on hold for a representitive, they are rude, sound like a robot, and very unhelpful.
I had some static on my phone line and needed some asst, and they refused to even talk to me until I went to pay my bill, which I was trying to dispute due to them billing me for collect calls that I did not recieve.
When you have comm south you are not able to set up a long distance acct, nor are you able to recieve collect calls. I know, I work for a phone co, and it is clearly stated in the info comm south provides.
After writing a letter to the po box they gave me to complain about the treatment I recieved, and to find out why I was charged for collect calls, someone called me at 7am a few weeks later, and as I work late into the evening I asked her to please call back after 9am.
Never heard from them again. I am now sending another letter to the so called po box to see if anyone will call me back...as soon as I can I plan to discontinue the service. I would rather go without a phone than deal with this shady, rude, and understaffed co.
