Complaint Review: Comm South

Comm-South Sucks!!

Well, to start, we were given a number to call and it was automated. 3-5 days??? It's been nearly 11 months and it keeps saying to call back in a few days and then they should be able to give the number to you. After 45 days of no phone (me 7 months high risk pregnant) I just on a hunch plugged in the cordless, and we had a dial tone. We still didn't know our own phone number, and the only way we even found out was because we called a friend and they didn't answer the phone because they didn't reconize the number on the caller ID- so we asked them later to write it down for us.

They sent us bills that didn't have payments reflected on them. I called EVERY SINGLE DAY, 3 or more times daily, I'd be on hold for at least 45 minutes, and then it would stop playing the horrible music and ring ( i would always think someone was going to answer) and then disconnect me.

After all this, I kept calling, and EVERYDAY for 6 days there was some kind of excuse. There was that horrible storm up north, and a recorded voice told me that due to the weather, the center was delayed or closed. OK I thought, until I realized they ARE IN TEXAS!!!!!!

Then the computers were down, then I should call back in a few hours when call volume was less, then the computers were down for the next few days.

They are horrible, and our new company shut their service off since I couldn't get through to do it, and we never found out that number from them!! What a bunch of idiots!!
