After switching from the processing company we had used since opening our business, our interactions with CPS became difficult to say the least. When calling cust. service, prepare to always be on hold for 30 to 60 minutes before speaking with anyone & not ususally the person you need. Too many promises not upheld to list here, just be aware they didn't do what they said they'd do for us. After sending in our terminal & cancellation letter in May, they have charged us service fees all at once for the past 5 months. We'll see what they do about that.
