Commercial Bank & Trust Of Pa, Commercial National Bank allowing bad checks to be written from their company Latrobe Pennsylvania
Commercial Bank and Trust, in connection with Alliance Financial & Trust International Claims Dept., is allowing bad checks to be written from their facility.
I know my family was not the only people conned by Alliance Financial & Trust.
When the check was returned it should have been marked account closed not insufficient funds. Commercial Bank & Trust is just as bad for not stopping these people as the organization writing the bad checks.

The bank or alleged account has no idea what is going on because you were scammed by people who print real LOOKING checks that ARE NOT from the alleged company or the bank.
It's not like they stole real checks from an alleged company and just started writing them. The bank and alleged company are totally innocent in all this.
