Complaint Review: Commercial Concepts

I was approached by a very good friend of mine to promote advertising for a Atlas. I gave her the names and addresses of Business Owners who I thought may be interested in advertsing. She collected over $10,000.00 in ads, utilized my Business name and repour to sell them.

It has been over a year and we have not recieved any Atlas. She has made numerous calls to the "person in charge" and he doesn't return her call or he tells her the Atlas is in print and will be here in a week....
that was months ago!

Please be careful when someone asks you to utilize their name when contacting people for advertising. I will NEVER do this again.

Has anyone had the same problem with this Company? Please advise. Our next step is Court Action.
