I recieved a telephone call about 2 weeks ago from a very nice foreign lady. She was from this company Commercial Health Network and they had recieved my number from a form I had filled out on line.

She stated that I had been approved for a credit card for up to $2000 and did I want it. I asked her several questions trying to be as cautious as possible. She was very thorough and told me that if my income was exactly what I stated it was then I would more than likely recieve $2000 or pretty close to that amount regardless of my past credit history.

I telephoned the company today 5-11-04 and spoke to "mr. personality problem" Walter agent#048. I asked him if they had recieved payment and he checked and said they had no record of it yet. I asked him if he could tell me the amount I had been approved for he said no that will be up to your local bank who issues you the card. I asked if he could tell me when I would recieve it he said no they will send it to you and your package after we recieve payment we have to wait until we recieve payment before it is shipped to you to make sure it clears the bank.

I asked him who "they" is he said the company in which you made the agreement. I said I thought you were a part of that company he stated no we are the customer service department. I said the cust.serv.dept. he said yes we represent 8 different companies. I asked then can you give me the # for Commercial Health Network? He said no they don't recieve calls all of the calls from all of the companies are directed to us we are customer service. I said what is the name of your company he said customer Service I said no what is the name of the company you work for not the department.

He said we don't have a name.I said sir every company legally doing business has a name. I have been in business and you also have to apply for a state and federal id # and when you apply you have to use the name.he said we do it is customer service.I asked what is your name and he said my name is walter. I asked what is your last name he said 048. I said 048 what's that he said my agent # is 048. I said I asked for your last name not your agent number. He said well that's all your going to get we dont use our last names we are refered to by our agent id#. I said may I speak to your supervisor he said you already have the answers to all your questions. I said I don't have any answers you don't know anything remember.

I asked repeatedly to speak to someone else or his super. allhe would say is we have protocall to follow we don't work that way. I asked who sends the card you all in the customers service dept. ,commercial Health Network, or the bank who issues it. He stated the company who sealed the deal with you. I said and they will send it when they recieve verification of payment he said correct. I said they have it ready to send and no one knows the amount I am approved for. He said no that isd up to the bank who issues it. I said will you call Commercial Health Network and have them contact me. He said we dont work that way we have protocall to follow. Once you seal the deal and agree to all the terms you can't cancel and you have no need to cantact the company. I finally got tired of chasing my own tail and hung up. If anyone knows any legalities in how to squash these insects please find a way.
