Commercial Investigations, INC. Trying the same tactics that Joseph Stevens used two years ago Van Nuys California
I was solicited by Joseph Stevens & Associates two years ago this month. I paid the magical $1800.00 (that seems to be the only number they can come up with). This was to get my case going, because time was running out for me to collect what I was owed. Or, so they said(scare tactic). Well, I showed up in court, my "Attorney" was a NO-SHOW, and my case was dismissed, due to this. I filed complaints with the BBB on-line and I filed a report on this forum last year. I don't know how, but I was called by JS&A and sent a check for a full refund!
Don't give them a DIME!!!!Not everyone's story ends like mine! I threatened them with wire fraud, and I believe that's how I got my refund.
NOW--- they're calling me again under another name, Commercial Investigations, INC. When I throw the name Joseph Stevens & Assoc. at them, all they do is deny, deny, deny. Funny, same address and same fake names as before. They are relentless, hard-up, non-ethical, etc. And boy, do they know how to drop the F-bomb and some other curse words. Be afraid! Be VERY AFRAID. Hang up the phone if they call you. Good Luck to all.

I was a victim from CII (Commercial Investigations Inc) for over $6,000.00 My "case" has been going on for almost over a year now and my money is considered gone. The best thing to do is contact your states District Attorneys office or the states attorneys office. I recieved a letter back from the CA state attorneys office and they stated that their investigating this. Please remember these guys use a UPS Store located on Van Nuys Blvd. as their "office" location and their P.O. Box number is their "suite number" They use their P.O. Box in a different county from their "call office"[ so the juristiction makes it harder to catch them. Please remember you are ALL NOT ALONE who have been scammed and lied to. They will be caught sooner than later. Good luck and dont have any contact with them.
