Complaint Review: Commercial Loan National

I think it is interesting that Loan Officers are required to have a background check and can't be hired if they have felonies in their background. Interesting how this company has an employee who has several felony counts of identity theft on her record yet she is permitted to view all personal information of those who apply for loans here. It is only a matter of time until some poor sucker gets their credit used by this woman.
This is the problem with the courts clearing records on first time offenders. It is only the first time the criminal got caught, and they do some community service, pay a fine, and go right back out and do it again. The court might be comfortable with past felons working with my social security number and other information but I am not! Beware if you deal with this company.
I have gone through identity theft and it is not easy to deal with along with being quite expensive for the victim. Most offenders never get caught. I think it is deplorable that this company would not be diligent in checking backgrounds. I wonder how the Pennsylvania Department of Banking would feel about their employee... along with customers....
