commercial loan solutions
COMMERCIAL LOAN SOLUTIONS CALLED ME AND SAID THEY COULD HELP STOP MY SHERIFF SALE AND MODIFY MY HOME. WELL THEY DID NO SUCH THING. I HAD THEM FOR 6 MONTHS AND FOUND OUT THEY NEVER SENT IN MY PAPER WORK TO THE BANK TO MODIFY MY HOME. I PAID THEM 1500.00 TO DO THIS AND SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THEM. I HAD NO IDEA THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL I HAD TO GET A LAW FIRM TO CHECK IT OUT, AND THE LAW FIRM CALLED THE BANKS ATTORNEY, AND THE ATTORNEY SAID THEY DID NOT GET ANY PAPERWORK TO MODIFY MY HOME. SO IN OTHER WORDS, THIS COMPANY RIPPED ME OFF MY MONEY. I'VE CALLED , AND CALLED THEM, AND THEY ARE IGNORING ME AND MY CALLS, AND WILL NOT RETURN THEM. NOW MY SHERIFF SALE IS STILL ON. THEY ALSO LIED IN EMAILS I HAVE SAYING EVERYTHING WAS GOING OKAY AND NOT TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING. I TOLD THEM I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THEY WIL STILL NOT TALK TO ME. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Right. Wheres your name????? You probably work for the company and wrote this. they are a ripoff...... I'm not the only one neither they did this too.

Good evening,
My experience with Commercial Loan Solutions was completely different than the Ripp Off Report Complaint. I paid $2500 for a loan modification and it was worth every penny. I was able to get a Prinicipal Reduction as well as a Mortgage Modification. I was extremely upside in my mortgage and was paying an entirely too much monthly. My mortgage was reduced and I am satisfied wiith my monthly payment. I am empathetic towards the person who placed the complaint although I found Commercial Loan Solutions to be very helpful and fulfilled all obligations under the contract I signed with them. I am responding back on this company. They asked me to put these nice rebutels on here, they said they were still working on my modification. Well they did not. they lied to me saying they were and they lied again. This company is a rip off. Do not trust them at all. They did return my money to me because only i put nice things on here. But do not believe anything they say. They will rip you off of your money and they do not send the mortgage company anything you send them. Like I said I had a law firm and they talked directly to the mortgage companies attorney and nothing was sent in on commercial loan solutions. Again, Do not trust them.
