Complaint Review: commercial maintenance chemical corp

These two companies are the same!  Same scam as listed in the other threads.  Guy calls looking for the maintenance guy (whose name he gets from a previous call) and fully knows that the extension he pressed is not the maintenance department.  Says that he has talked to maintenance guy and that he needs to ship a chemical that is environmentally friendly (that's the "green" catch phrase) and could he have your name to put it to the attention to.

Since the first product was shipped they come back and say that it was damaged by UPS and that they are sending more.  Next thing you know, you are getting more and more of this chemical where they state that it is catching up with the original 10 gallon order. 

When you call them, you initially get to talk to some women who is "yeah...whatever" with her attitude which proves that she has dealt with this before and really couldn't care less.  Then you get to talk to a manager who "discounts" you invoice.

Why UPS doesn't do something about this I don't know as it's their name being dragged through the mud through this process.

Long story short...this company has changed names or has set up another shop in Toronto, Ontario.  So...look out fellow Canadians...they're crossing the boarder and invading us now!
