Regarding account # 3961 73-98, I will not surrender my hard earned pay. You can charge Tony Turner and John Galeani at City Mitsubishi $22892.49 in Jacksonville FL.

To settle voluntarily will mean I accept their deceptive and unfair practices. I made every effort to work with MMCA while I had the Montero Sport and received abuse for my effort. I would not improve my credit by paying a collection agency because would show up as paid collection.

A settled debt is counted as income by the IRS from debt relief, and will result in higher income tax. I regret not having the means to being more agressive with with the car dealers in City Mitsubishi to escape that place. If they had honesty and integrity and let myself and my wife leave the dealership peacfully I would not be typing this report.

City Mitsubishi and MMCA NEVER paid off the 1997 Dodge Neon that was involuntarily traded into them. I have made payment on that car I no longer have in possesion since Oct 2001.

The balance is $5000.00. I will not roll over and play dead, surrendering my hard earned money for something I no longer have.

I am excercising my right to have my debt validated and will use every legal defense available. MMCA had the Montero from 3/7/02-8/28/02 before selling below fair market value. They had plenty of time to find a new victim to buy for a higher price.

I hope Mitsubishi pay dearly in the class action suit against them for unsafe vehicles. My advice to consumers is when faced with a situation with dishonest car dealers like the one I was in, use any means necessary to break out of the dealership when all peaceful means are exhausted.

The Consumer Services Group's name was visible when they mailed it to me. I have the original envelope with the clear window used to send the bill to me.
