commissioner michael.a.jacques is a corrupt narcopath little man. He will side with whomever pays him off. He doesn't make much money as a commissioner so he's got to have a side job hustling money. Of course what he's doing is illegal and he should be thrown in prison. If you make him mad or hurting his narcopath feelings he will have the corrupt Roseville cops track your cell and harrass you non-stop. Roseville PD and Roseville Courts are extremely corrupt. They should all be fired and thrown in prison where they belong!
